NAC Northern Scene — Inuit Ullumi

This article features some Ottawa Inuit artists, including local photographer, Barry Pottle. Barry’s work was featured among other trendsetting Inuit artists’ work shown at the National Arts Centre from April 25, to May 4, 2013.

Barry’s work is being featured through the Foodland Security Exhibit at the University of Washington in Seattle May 1 to June 3, 2013. It is sponsored by the Canadian Studies Center, Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies; Fund for the Arts Grant, Association for Canadian Studies in the United States; the Pacific Northwest Canadian Studies Consortium; UW Future of Ice Initiative; UW Native Organization of Indigenous Scholars; UW Libraries; and, the Ontario Arts Council.
